SOL memberships are designed to provide members with exclusive access, privileges, and pricing benefits at SOL Elements Bathhouse.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Session credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unused sessions do not roll over into the next month. Sessions must be booked in advance via the booking system and are subject to availability.
Discounts: Members receive 15% off full-priced treatments and retail purchases (where applicable to their membership tier). Discounts apply only to the member’s own purchases and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions.
“Bring a Friend” Pass: Eligible members receive one guest pass per month as outlined in their membership tier. Guest passes are valid for new or non-member guests only and must be used within the same month of issue. Unused passes do not roll over.
Events & Experiences: Members may receive invitations to exclusive events, preview nights, or members-only experiences. Invitations are non-transferable and subject to capacity limits.
Priority Booking: Members may have access to priority or reserved booking windows for peak times and special events, subject to availability.
Memberships are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis using the payment method provided at sign-up. Payments are non-refundable once processed. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain current and valid. If a payment fails, membership access may be suspended until payment is received.
Memberships may be paused for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months per calendar year with written notice (7 days) before the next billing date.
Life happens! Memberships may be cancelled at any time with written notice (7 days) prior to the next billing date. Any unused sessions after cancellation will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
To maintain a harmonious environment, members are expected to treat staff, guests, and fellow members with respect and consideration. SOL Elements reserves the right to revoke membership privileges for behaviour inconsistent with our wellness values or bathhouse etiquette.
