Each Float Cave 10-Pack includes ten individual float sessions.
Session credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions will automatically expire after this period and cannot be extended or refunded.
All sessions must be booked in advance via the SOL Elements booking system and are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure preferred times.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance will result in the session being forfeited.
Float packs are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
Sharing sessions between multiple guests is not permitted unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
Float packs are non-refundable once purchased.
Guests are responsible for advising SOL Elements of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or contraindications prior to their float.
SOL Elements reserves the right to refuse service if floating is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
To maintain a tranquil environment, guests are asked to arrive on time, respect session duration limits, and observe bathhouse etiquette.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to ensure the next guest’s experience is not affected.
