Move through hot and cold pools, a Himalayan Salt Sanctuary, Steam Room, and restful spaces designed to encourage stillness - each element working with the body's natural rhythms to restore what long hours, back-to-back meetings, and constant connectivity quietly deplete.

Floatation Cave – 30 mins
Each guest concludes their experience in a private Floatation Cave - one of the most clinically supported tools for deep stress recovery and cognitive reset.
Suspended in body-temperature Epsom and Dead Sea salt water, physical tension dissolves and the mind settles into a theta brainwave state, the same restorative state associated with enhanced creativity, clearer problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
