Social Sessions are designed for connection and shared experiences. Perfect for groups or friends who want to soak and circulate through the bathhouse together. Expect music to be more upbeat vibes and the capacity in the bathhouse higher, creating a more vibrant, social atmosphere.

Serene Sessions are crafted for deeper relaxation and peace. Numbers are intentionally limited in the bathhouse and noise kept to a minimum, giving you space to truly unwind. The atmosphere is more calm and the music is more zen. Perfect for those craving a more serene experience to connect with themselves and nature.

Your Elemental Bathhouse Experience:

Move between the purified water of our thermal mineral pools and cold plunges for contrast therapy, embrace the heat of the Cedar Stone Sauna or Botanical Steam Room.

In the Earth Lab, craft your own renewal scrub, blending various ingredients of salt, sugar and botanicals.

Breathe deeply in the Himalayan Salt Sanctuary, then gather at the alfresco Fire Pit of Lotus Lake with a tea from the ritual tea station.

Elemental Bathhouse Information:
Towels are provided and Signature SOL Robes are available to hire. Those looking for a more quiet and relaxing vibe are encouraged to book a Serene session (see times above).
The Elemental Bathhouse is communal by design, including showers and change rooms.

SOL Elements is a phone free sanctuary.
18 + venue, ages 15 - 17 can attend with a family member or adult.
